Returns
We offer complimentary returns on full-price items.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Returns must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 5 days of delivery
- Shoes must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in the original box.
- Returns must include all original packaging
Returns scanned between 6–10 days after delivery will be accepted for store credit only
Returns scanned after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted
